The Seattle Maharashtra Mandal is a charitable organisation whose mission is to promote Marathi cultural and religious ties within the community and promote events and activities that help maintain the Marathi cultural heritage of Maharashtra. It recently played host to a performance of “Samewar Taali” – a Marathi play about the tussle within a young man characterised by the constant banter struggle and between his heart and brain, as he tried to find a balance between his career advancement and his life, his love and his love for life.
